Within additional services we offer our clients especially services relative to changes in trading companies (changes in the company bodies, transfers of trade shares, change of the trade name, change of the registered office, adding objects of enterprise, etc.). Our company will make sure that all changes in the company have been made in compliance with the relevant legal norms.

With changes in the company you can choose from the following service packages offered by us:

“All Inclusive” Service

It is designed for clients who want to entrust the perfomance of changes in the company into hands of a qualified and experienced company. Within the “All Inclusive” service the client is provided a complex care, and except for signing the documents, no other cooperation is required from the client. All the administration relative to the changes in the company is ensured by our company.

“Economy” Service

It is designed for clients who require to perform the changes in the company with the least possible costs. Within the “Economy” service the client provides for some administrative procedures on their own behalf.

Within the “Economy” service we will provide for you

• preparation of documents needed for the performance of changes in the company
• drawing up the proposal for the company`s entry into the Commercial Register
• submitting the proposal for the entry of changes into the Commercial Register at the respective court of law

Within the “Economy” service the following procedures are provided by the client on their own behalf.

• after the entry taking over the company`s entry copy from the Commercial Register
• notification of the changes in the company at the respective tax office and trade office
