Registered office/address services

One of the basic services that the TS-Consulting company offers to its clients is the provision of a registered office and the Virtual Office services. We offer the „registered office“ and „Virtual Office“ services in the lucrative premises located on Panenská Street in the historical centre of Bratislava. The premises where the „registered office“ and „Virtual Office“ services are provided are in a long-term rent by our company and therefore it is possible to guarantee the continuity of these services` provision into future. Part of the services is, especially, assigning a trade name to the registered office of a specific company and the receipt and filing of documents delivered to the address of the company.

Except for providing a registered office we also offer further additional services to “Virtual Office” through which we seek to meet various requirements of our clients. It pertains above all to the following:

• contact address
• delivery of documents
• e-mail notification of the received mail or fax
• one`s own fax number and resending of faxes
• scanning of incoming mail
